Fill in required information in Alexa360 Registration Form.
to create your account. Once the account is created, you should be prompted to check your email to activate your account.
You should receive an email from alexess.io to complete the verification. Proceed to verify your email by clicking the VERIFY MY EMAIL button in the email.
A Workspace is an independent sub-account within the Organization. It gives you access to essential platform modules such as a central dashboard, Contacts, Messages, Workflows, Reports and more.
A Workspace can have multiple Users, and a single User can be granted access to multiple Workspaces. Each Workspace operates autonomously so changes in one Workspace will not be reflected in other Workspaces within the same Organization.
Upon submitting your Registration Form, our team will create your Workspace. Once the details are submitted, a new Workspace is created successfully with your Business Name. The space can be navigated from the User Profile menu.
In order to start talking to your Contacts through the platform, a messaging channel needs to be connected. Our team will create the channels according to the details submitted in your Registration Form.
Alexa360 supports the following channels and the platform will continue to support more channels in the future.
Collaborate with your teammates on the platform by inviting them to the Workspace.
You may invite your teammate using their email address and specify an appropriate access level for them.

We will send you a confirmation email once the Users has been added. You can access the Users settings by navigating to Settings >Workspace Settings >Users.
An email invitation will be sent to the newly-added User and they will be prompted to register if they do not have an account on alexess.io
Our team will provide capacity building at your convenience to navigate the CRM.
